The HNC Staff Team

The College employs over 200 staff across a wide range of teaching and operational roles.  All staff work collaboratively both within their teams and with colleagues across the College.  Our staffing structure is designed to ensure that we effectively deliver our curriculum intent.  Our aim is for new staff to settle quickly into their new role and for them to receive the training and guidance necessary for them to be successful.  Staff with line management responsibilities play a crucial role in this process.  Your line manager will be your first point of contact for questions, queries, or concerns.  We know that we all achieve more together when staff feel confident and happy at work so we will do all that we can to ensure that your transition to HNC is as seamless and efficient as possible.
