Stage 2

Review

Applications will be reviewed against the job description and person specification, then shortlisted candidates will be invited to an assessment centre. Please note, it is not the College's policy to provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates after the shortlisting process, due to the high volume of applications we receive.

Stage 3

Assessment Centre

If successful at the shortlist stage, you'll be invited to take part in an assessment centre for the vacancy.

Stage 4

Offer Confirmed

An offer will be made to the successful candidate.

Stage 5

Appointed

The successful candidate will be invited to join us at HNC. Our formal offer and contract will be issued.
